At What Price Will You Sell Your Silver ?

Just holding for retirement or the great depression part II.... whichever comes first. No plans to sell at any of the prices listed above.

had thought about dumping a few rolls at $25 but how the news keeps getting worse about the economy, might as well milk out every extra dollar i can out of my silver.

Only an emergency situation would necessitate a cash in for me right now. I really want to ride this building wave.

I'm keeping mine at least until my kids go to college.

I sell frequently and to who ever.
I hit it from a business point and am about turn over profit, most of the proceeds go into other investments that also in turn make profits.
Dollars to Silver, silver go more dollars, dollars to more silver and gold, silver and gold into rings, Rings into more dollars, dollars to find more silver, dollars for home improvement, investments business etc. Make more dollars, find more gold, find more silver, Its a cycle that is just ongoing for me.

I find it best to always be on the up swing and not to let money sit, It is technically working for you in a bad economy with inflation as the number of dollars you get is more when you sell, But I like being able to expand the number of ounces I have as well as the number of dollars at the same time.

However, I am a special case as I consume gold and silver as well as transform it.

I see no reason to sell. As silver goes up, more are melted down, and that will maybe someday make these a little more rare (most will never truly be rare). I"ll probably die with all the silver I have, and all I add to it. Hopefully not for another 40 years! LOL.

Now my COPPER? That's another story. That is adding up FAST. I put another 12,000 coppers in boxes this weekend with the Ryedale. EventualllY I'll have to sell that, or the foundation of my house iwll shift under the garage area where i have it stored. I think I'll sell the copper wheni t gets hard ot find it. I expect in 2009. When the penny gets good exposure over its 100 year anniversary. I hope to have about 3 tons by then. :-)

NOt to mention a LOT of wheats! (Probably die with those too)

im not in it for the money. i like to collect the stuff i find. every coin and every ring reminds me of when and where i found it, who i was with etc. ;)

Well if I play the silver game like i do slot machines I will ride it all the way to face value... LOL gee I hope not.

LOL Cat............BTW, the wifey and I won $80 last week at the casino......woo hoo.......

When Carribbean Stud Poker first came to our casino the pot got up to $250,000. I was one care off from getting that jack pot. I had the K high straight flush in Heart. If I had the A I would have won it but I only got $25,000. Bummer eh.... LOL

I was just whiling away the hours conversing with the flowers and wondered what the sage members of this here forum were thinking when it came to selling their hoards of silver. Cheers, Jim
Conversing with the flowers are ya now Jim, you need a hobby haha.
I'm not tellin when I'm sellin, its a secret. I went to the bank Saturday as always, hand them my cart and they fill it up. She wheels it out and says your carts not big enough haha, not my fault they are always trying to order more than I got money for haha. Time to bolt on a crate with full sides sos they can stand the boxes on end.
