Great detector. Take your time and learn what it is telling you. I have found an insane amount of relics & coins with mine and plan to keep it for many years.

I consider the AT Pro one of the few detectors that make all others obsolete. Not that there is not better in one way or the other. But you can pick it up and hunt almost any hunt you want with some success. Always pros and cons, but Garret did the AT Pro right.

You'll like it, Jesse. 😁 After using an older Whites 4900D for years, I got my Daughter an ATP for her birthday last year. Now...she's swinging it like a pro.

Enjoy it! Never used one, but have heard so many great things about it.

You need the 8x5 coil or it will disappoint you

My digging buddy really kicks it with his AT Pro. He considered getting an XP Deus or the Equinox, but finally decided against either. It really works for him.

I'm not disappointed at all. In just a few days I've practically been able to understand it in Pro Mode, found a Merc, 2 rings and a handful of Wheats. But I think I'm getting the 8x5 anyway. Why not if it's so highly spoken about.

The AT-PRO has found me thousands in gold rings, definitely a great machine for the money.

I made this video over 5 years ago, but it still helps people out that are new to the ATP.
