Well, Its a new year, and I have New goals in my hunting quota this year.
I recently posted 2 Gold Rings I found right before the New Year, Which finally put me on board for 2012.
Well my first hunt back out for the New Year was an Awesome one!!
I met up with Tejasdigger and another buddy of ours to hit up this spot that wont stop giving up the goods
We were all hunting, and withing an hour or so, I got a " High Foil" signal, and it was consitent, so I dug it, and out popped a small 10k gold ring.
It was still on my digger from where I pulled it out in the small plug, I went over to show them, give them a little hope.
When I got back, I rescaned the hole, and nothing there. So i ran the propointer accross the ground to see if it picked up anythign on the surface. its actually something I do all the time. and it turned out in my favor this time. I got a very shallow metal target about 2 feet from where I just foudn the Ring.
Sure enough, I scoop out the target, and its ANOTHER Gold ring!!.
They both Look like they were probally from the same group of people.
Its amazing how many Gold Rings I have pulled from just this one site Ive gotten 4 Golds in the last 2 weeks, and not even mentioning all the Silver jelwery I have found there in the last couple years.
Just to show HOW MUCH Jewelery is at this place, I took a picture of the "JUNK" jewelry that I found that day.
This Place I dont think could ever be Hunted Out, I have been hitting it hard for over 2 years, and never leave empty handed
Oh I did also find this Odd token in the Woods that are close to this place...Im guessing its a Cowboy Bar??
