Hello, I registered today. I would like to post a question about an art piece, but in the menu at the top of the page, I am not seeing an icon to click on to start a new post. Thanks for your advice.

You probably didnt select a sub forum.
Go to Forums>Treasure forum>What's It Worth? there should be a red "post thread" button top right.

Correct, each subforum has a red "post thread" icon in upper right side.
