these two coins were found in a foreign coin collection. I was hoping if someone could tell me their origin? year? and value? Thank you!

Chinese. Second one a type of Tael . 1884 Kirin provence. Cannot say if authentic or not my guess is not.
But Im far from expert took me two hours to find that much.
