Art Work Help Needed

I have found these two pieces of art and do not know anything about them. One is a Picasso and the other is a Salvador Dali. Not sure how to find out any information on them. Neither are popular pieces to copy. They are original artworks and not prints. I have attached photos

Ask your local art dealer where you can have them authenticated.
I looked through his 1944 works and didn't find it; nor did I find any work that he dated.
Raises a 'red flag'with me--though I know little about this subject.
