I won't use any sunscreen or bug spray on my skin that melts plastics. I just started to use 100% mineral sunscreen.

I just shaved my head and now have a lot of exposed skin. Besides sunscreen I purchased this hat yesterday to protect against the brutal rays.

have always worn a brimmed hat with a back neck cover (as above), no sunscreen
now I need to get the top of my ear notched like a pig to remove a growth, another on my neck (remove the head ?), etc.

Probably a good idea. I use the lower spf 30 as the 50 was a bit too much and I did not like the smell or the thickness.

Don't forget to protect your lips . my bottom lip looked a bit white compared to my top lip. the Dermatologist said it my entire lip had cancer. I did 6 weeks of chemo on my lip, ears , arms and chest . I worked outdoors everyday for more than 30 years to get to that point. now it's long sleeves and long pants year around , full brim hats and sunscreen for face and lips.

I use sunscreen, so wearing a hat that fits my face is fine
