the flat rock is definitley natural but the other thing you found is a canoe anchor stone! dont listen to these clowns- most of them wouldnt know an authentic artifact if it had it written on it! i spend a lot of time searching areas along the north branch where indian communities are confirmed to have existed, typically anywhere between sunbury & wapwallopen...u?I found these walking along the banks of the Susquehanna river in Pennsylvania.
