Anyone know what this might be??

Found in a park, looks to be brass maybe, there's no markings and it looks like it's broken at the bottom. Not sure what it would have been used for, or why it would be in a park...

Yeah, just a little soap and water, it's still got all it's colors which is pretty cool...
