Anyone here named Griffin?

I picked up this jewelry box at a yard sale and after cleaning it found the "Griffin" name etched into the top. If anyone here named Griffin wants it let me know. It is not silver but it shines like it. I removed the red felt from the bottom looking for any marks but could find none.
