I found this about two inches deep in the main city park, which is used for everything from company events to city celebrations to school events to carnivals to reunions, etc......
It's silver (according to the pawnshop) and a little over 1.5 inches across and 1/8th of an inch thick with a serrated edge. It cleaned up real nice with soapy water, a toothbrush and then silver jewelry cleaner I got from the pawnshop.
I've checked every "Panther" organization from Carolina to Pittsburg to the Black Panthers, including mascots. The dates don't match up with anyone's 15th anniversary.
