1st - I noticed this was your very first post - so, Welcome Aboard rocknrob! You didn't list your state (or country) in your profile. So, you might consider jumping over to Sub-Forum: Select Your Area.... for information (i.e., clubs, hunts, finds, legends, maps, etc.) directly related to your state (or country). You might also consider adding your state (or country) to your displayed profile (SETTINGS -> EDIT PROFILE) - members may have more success helping you (your location may help, etc.)...

based on your 4th picture you have a piece of magnetite
 

A mix of magnetite and pyrite. Sorry not a meteorite.
 

Unfortunately, It’s most likely magnetite…. not a meteorite. They’re black, opaque and submetallic to metallic mineral. Also, from your 4th picture, I can see the form of isometric crystals which is what magnetite has. It’s also another common mineral that is attracted to magnets.
