Anybody know of gold in upstate new york?

We live in upstate New York at the foot of the Adirondack mountains. I've tried panning a few streams but nothing so far. Anybody know of any deposits in this state?

The ONLY gold you will find is micro gold pushed into New York from Canada by glaciers during the ice age. There are no known deposits of gold in New York State. Sorry..
