Anybody Know Anything About Old Glass?

Here's a piece of glass that's got me puzzled as to what it is. Is this some type of shot glass I found it in a turn-of-the-century bottle dump. It's made of dark green glass with what appears to be letters of some sort. Can anybody familiar with antique glass help me identify this? It's broken but enough of it is hopefully there for an i.d....Thanks!
