Any tip about pendulum quartz

widowmanmx, any photos please? i, for one would love to see it. did you make it or is it store-bought?
thanks, ellis

10claw, here some of them:
View attachment 911773
1 round almost elliptic = transparent pink
1 hexagonal with tip (like spear) = transparent

Masking tape and cotton cord to hold the quartz :tongue3:
Quartz with transparent color naturally works has amplifier
Natural stones collected from a hill without any modification

I dont know if size or shape affects result :dontknow:

Thanks aarthrj3811, i know the material of pendulum dont matter.

.. i wanna make a transmitter to quit-off the mind from "game"

I have one faceted pendulum which goes down to a sharp point. The rounded type down to a smooth point. All the gemmy ones are on chains. The faceted one is green cat's eye which gives off a vivid glow different ways from ordinary light sources especially the sun. The rounded are white creamy opal, tiger eye, sardonyx (a heavenly stone mentioned in the Apocalypse), bamboo jasper, green aventurine, and black veins rhodonite (pink with black inclusions).

For printed GE maps, a metal pendulum down to a narrow point on a string for me works best. I think smaller heavy metal pendulums would be top choice on printed maps, gemstone on a chain for asking questions (without a map) and especially while at a site.

But being comfortable with a certain type pendulum is most important, as with any other dowsing tool.

Here are a few that I made in Az. PendulumDisplay2.jpg

thanks to you who replied about the pendulum. :coffee2: coffee to all on these cool mornings.

A little information
The divining rods are charged with static electricity from the dowser's own body. This static electricity can be seen quite adequately with a simple millivolt meter. This voltage is measured between the hands of the dowser, to measure this voltage accurately a diff amp should be used at the input to the voltmeter, "this eliminates stray signals which are common to both hands". The amount of voltage will vary depending on the person. A good dowser will have a high reading, "above 100 mv" while a poor dowser may read as low as,"0 mv.". For males the right hand is usually a negative polarity, and the left hand is positive in polarity. These polarities are usually reversed in females.
A metallic pendulum attached by a wire will take on the charge of the hand it is being held by. A pendulum held by a nonconductive string will take on the charge of the last hand which held the pendulum. The pendulum when rotating above an object of a similar charge will continue to rotate and eventually swing back and forth perpendicular to the object. This pendulum when rotating above an object of the opposite charge will start to swing back and forth parallel to the object being dowsed. Caution here when dowsing an object you have touched the object will usually take on the charge of the last hand that touched it. This can be demonstrated by dowsing over an object such as a table knife depending on which hand touched the knife last an opposite reaction of the dowsing device will be seen.

red_desert, so it is, for me pendulum (metal) with sharp point and small size its better for map dowsing.
Thanks for your tips about quartz and types :icon_thumleft:

aarthrj3811, very interesting information, the best i have read about polarity .. where you get it?

goldminer, nice shop!! :notworthy: many hours of work .. what quartz (type,color) sold more?

.. i have a lot of work to do testing quartz :laughing9:

From an article about Giel Dutoit of South Africa ....art
Interesting information about dowsing :icon_scratch: ... in youtube, i see an investigator dowsing in ancient monuments like pyramids, temples, etc. one of this videos he is testing L rods drawing a rectangle in the ground and recommend rub periodically with the hands the rods to remove static electricity.

Sometimes I feel that my rods are not responding right..I just point them down for a little while and then they respond normally...Art

I don't know why some people put out misinformation. Either they are just trying to B.S. the newcomers or they truly are ignorant. Most men have positive polarity on their right hand. Women have positive polarity in their left hand. I guess I should not go there. LOL As Sam "Lobo" Wolfe said, you can usually tell by which side you sleep on--that is your positive side.

As for pendulum material, Christopher Hills says ion the book "Supersensonics" "...sometimes the shape and form of the pendulum interferes as well as the material it is made from..." and "A point may be made that metals and crystal elements affect ordinary consciousness and do not interact in the same way as dielectric materials. Many dowsers who use metal chains and crystals as pendulums are often not aware that what works for them does not work for everybody."

The problem with crystals and many stones is the energy around them, from place and any living thing,
they tend to absorb energies and also emit (is easy to prove), people who see beyond say that rocks are living things.

The polarity of the person its not a problem, the real problem is which hand hold the pendulum because one side of the body (hand+arm) is energy input and the other side is output .. the key is in the solar plexus.

That's right, the positive side is what you want to use. For most men that is the RIGHT side. If you want to learn about crystals, do a search on The Legacy of Marcel Vogel. BTW, I've learned to avoid the skeptic crap on wikipedia. I call it skepticpedia.

The Power of Crystals: The Legacy of Marcel Vogel
There are a myriad of sources, in books and on the Internet, where you may learn about healing with crystals. Their focus and complexity, like the crystals themselves, come in many assorted flavors.

Mainly, this data consists of sincere teachings by alternative therapists. But if you research the subject, you also will find reams of other material about crystals – claims, sometimes hyperbolic, of those who sell them; texts so technical that they are virtually unreadable by the layman; and channeled discourses of Ascended Masters and other Extra-Terrestrial informants – to name a few.

My intention is know how dowsers use this type of pendulum:
* techniques
* recommendations
* crystals (type, color, size)
.. for more extravagant look can lead to something

.. thanks!! for webpage about "Marcel Vogel" :thumbsup:

You probably want to do your own search on the internet on pendulum dowsing. Most info I have seen they use all pendulums the same way. The one difference is the book "Supersensonics" they go into more detail on different types of pendulums for different uses, etc.

As for quartz crystals, there are only a few people in the world certified to cut a Vogel cut, but I heard some people in Brazil make copies, and I've seen many on ebay. I like the 12 sided. It's not a real one. I got a six sided one and it was just not the same for me. I got a crude, tiny one (imitation) to use as a pendulum but haven't used it much. I use an L-rod.
