It looks like an Eskimo to me not that that helps any with an age. If it's lead it is probably from the late 1800s to the mid 1900s.

What material is it made of, the dimensions, where did you find it, thoughts about the surface corrosion?

My guess is mid- late 1900s bracelet charm depicting an Eskimo girl made of diecast or Aluminum .
