Hello,

I read something like Phillipus, which would make it a coin of Philip the Arab (244-249).

Radiate type.

Bust would fit with the P the A had a beard, I think.

Mackaydon is right, it looks extremly crude to me and chances are that this is a fake.

Thanks for the responses anything can help. My friend was given a coin collection (mostly modern silver) and this was in it. I love researching coins but I was at a loss. I figured it might be a fake but was interested in the depiction.
