Is there a small hole in the dog's face? I just saw a different doghead used as an atomizer for a perfume bottle.

No hole in the face. The bottom has a big hole and the top has a hole. The stem also has a hole. I got flattened and I would like to fix it up a bit any suggestions

Also looks like a candle snuffer without the wand. Hole for candle seems rather small though and they are usually flared.
