Any Idea On Chinese/Japanese Writing Help Please

Hi gang. Also thank you in advance. I have a chance to purchase a item, but have no clue if it is worth it. It has either Japanese or Chinese writing in side the figurine. Piece is 11 inches tall. I am hoping someone can help decipher what it says or any ideas. Any help is available.

Seriously, I can't translate but I can tell you it is not Japanese. It is a Chinese traditional dress doll/figurine. Likely a tourist item.
