I have recently come into possession of a bunch of old airline liquor bottles that where going to be thrown away. It seemed like a waste, and they might be worth some money, however I know next to nothing about antique bottles so I was hoping to find some answers. Most, if not all, of the bottles are unopened however it seems that some of the liquor has evaporated from some of the bottles because some are half empty, however sealed. Some brands include: Gordon's distilled London dry Gin, White label Dewar's Scotch, and Johnnie Walker black label Scotch, to name a few. I'm guessing there are at least 30 different brands of liquor and I didn't want to include 30 pictures, however if you need more information, I'd be happy to take as many pictures as you need. Any information on the history, dates, condition, and or worth of these bottles or AA case would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Spencer

I have a bunch of them too. Yours are not very old but you can possibly date them by the tax labels. I was gonna put mine on eBay and sell the whole lot but they disallowed selling liquor. Maybe that has changed. Its too time consuming to sell them individually. They are certainly not antique but they are collectible. You could use the word vintage.

List them for sale with the Case! That AA case with the liquor bottles will fetch a great price to AA collectors. These are for Airline use not the General Public and quite Rare.
List it Auction style with a minimum of 100.00 on it I would think. The bottles by them selves are near worthless but with the case it is suddenly a very collectible Item!!

PS The small bottles with the paper seal are at least 30 years old

Yes, and when you make the "For Sale" sign, be sure to mention:

"Liquor From Around the World... Literally." :)

Those are pretty cool Check eBay you might be able to gauge the value by any of those that were sold

1st - I noticed this was your very first post - so, Welcome Aboard spencer13579! You didn't list your state (or country) in your profile. So, you might consider jumping over to Sub-Forum: Select Your Area.... for information (i.e., clubs, hunts, finds, legends, maps, etc.) directly related to your state (or country).

2nd - You might also consider posting your bottles on WHAT'S IT WORTH? for more exposure...

The case itself is something I've not seen. That by itself is very cool.
