Antinous coin with odd inclusion

And I didn't read anything in Mr. Sear's authentication regarding the reverse image; only the obverse image. Nor did I read or see the coin he referenced. For me, the problem is not in the obverse image, but in the positioning of the front legs; the OP's horse's front legs have one leg in front of the other while the 'comparables' all have the other leg forward.
Yes, as SS mentioned, can we see the OP's image again, please.

Mr. Sear lists several references. It would be interesting to see the pics of those references and compare them to the OP's coin.
My continued concern, for what it's worth, is the position of the front legs in several of the online pics (including the one noted back a few posts) compared to the front leg position in the OP's find; they don't match--which only makes me cautious--and perhaps skeptical--until I see another authenticated coin with the same leg positioning.
