Another wutzit for ya - SOLVED

I found this in a field with alot of pre CW flat buttons and some CW buttons.
My first thought is a nipple protector for a black power rifle? Any Ideas

humm don't see threading any threading inside it ?like on the wick cover? as a wick cover would need threads to be air tight to prevent evaperation of the fuel and safety
