It wasn't in Plush she took them....she went to a deli....no deli in Plush...Plush is an unincorporated community, not much there....LOVE IT THERE :D I thought it was in Medford or Grants Pass she took it to, we are pretty lucky you have Becky's trip on DVR though...that will help clarify where it was she went and the guys name. I guess we should have recorded it too! lol

She took them to John (Jon?) Bailey in K. Falls. And it was a bakery... ;)

You are great Eathan! Between you and Jeffro we are certain to find someone that will cut a few of these! :D Probably Eugene would be closer to us since we have to go to Salem quite frequently but we will just have to see how things work out! :D

Here ya go-

This one started out as a 63 carat stone, keep on mind all I found at the public area was yellow stones. All in all, I think it turned out pretty good. Stones that big usually have occlusions.

The fella that cut this for me also set it, and added a nice natural pearl to it. The chain I bought seperate. I wanted to trade him some gold for it, but he turned me down.... wouldn't accept anything for his work. Helluva nice guy, and I'm not just saying that because it was no charge, LOL!

By the way, on the way back from my Mom's, I saw a hawk getting divebombed by some blackbirds that were trying to run him off. If I hadn't had my camera with me, I woulda missed it. Stopped and took a bunch of shots, look in "My daily snapshot" if anyone's interested. :) Thanks CYN!

That turned out to be a very nice sized stone and I am sure she treasures it especially since you found it and had it made for her! Very nice! Thank you for sharing the photo with us!! Thank her as well! :D

NP, Cyn!

Jeffro, that is a nice hunk. I hope I find something of similar size when I duck down south for some prospecting! :)

WOW Sister ;)! I can't believe I missed this until now! I would have loved to do that. That is an awesome haul. I can't wait to see them cut.

Happy Anniversary! How many years? We just celebrated 20.

P.s. I can't get measurements right with out a tape measure either. ;D

Congrats on 20! We have just celebrated 1 year! I did not find the love of my life until late in life but I am very thankful for him!

Hopefully it will not be too terribly long before I can post pics of atleast one finished stone! :D

Girl you'll make 20 and many more. Maybe you should have an anniversay ring made out of the stones, you could make a tradition out of mining on your anniversary and end up with an awesome array of jewelery. Run it by the Hubby? ;D
