The back says Pont Balbus, although you can't see all the inscription, somewhere I had a pamphlet from Spain with pictures of these coins.
Placed the quarter next to it for comparison of size, also these coins were poured in a mold not struck, as later types were..
you can see the pour mark on the face side.
The mark on the front was done in antiquity, like someone took a sharp object and (axe head etc) and slammed the coin.
On the back are tools, one is a knife you can see, one is a ladle you can't see, and something else you can't see..
One of my best early coins because the large ones like this are so rare...
