I cannot find much info on this bottle or another one

I found something similar and I think yours may have had a wire bale clasp that dissolved away and the bottle company is a hard one to find went thru many pages nothing yet.One company in rice county Kansas??zutphen

This type of bottle with a blob top and a wire bail...if indeed it did have one...are normally referred to as a lightning stoppersDon't know for sure...but my guess would be that it is

It looks to be one of those companies that has long since been forgotten by history, I have a couple like that. The company might have been more local and was around for 5 or 10 years and went bankrupt or disappeared some way or another and since then records on that company are gone.
Very cool lightning stopper blob top, 1880's is my guess.

The best I can say is that they were not in business before 1894 but were in business in 1906 they were still in business in 1917 at the same location, they went out of business sometime between 1917 and 1921.
