This is about the crudest bottle I have. It has a slightly bent neck. The only panel without embossing is bulged outward. Two embossed panels are caved inward, and one is actually flat. In my on line search, the only info I could find was 1870s- 1880s. My pics are not very good, but if you like embossing here you go...

Panel 1 reads.. DR. ELMORE'S RHEUMATINE-GOUTALINE 105 WILLIAM ST, N.Y.
Panel 2... THE ONLY REMEDY FOR RHEUMATIC DISEASES
Panel 3... BEST REMEDY FOR DYSEPERSIA & KIDNEY, LIVER, BLADDER & BLOOD DISORDERS

Great looking amber, thanks for sharing it.

Wow very cool bottle. Do you know what year it's from?

That's one nice lookin bottle, the wonkiness makes it that much more desirable.

Is it the taller version. 10inches or the shorter one at 7 3/4inches. ? Nice find. ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1614640166.159558.jpg

I see now it’s the Dr. Elmore version and not the Dr. DM Elmore. Still a great bottle for sure. Jgas.

I like all the embossing. Great looking square!
