Went out for my May 25th Anniversary Hunt (37 years of drug free living) 
Fields are but planted this year so I did an annual trip to an old church site in the bush that I have going to for 9 yrs now. Once a year I drive over there (25miles) and try to squeak out another recovery. I posted up some of the previous finds in the RDT thread the other day actually.

So I wondered around the site for 4 hrs-dug a share of bottle caps and deep nails.
Though Could of really left after the 2nd hour as the finds were slim after that.
First was the cloisonné type pin dug up on the bush trail going up beside the foundation of the church, good portion of it survived getting driven over for 100 yrs or more.
The next one was the 1920 LC from just 15 feet away on the side of the trail.
The 1928 silver dime 1940, 1927 pennies came from the back end of the 1+ acre site.
I decided to see the scrap yard fellow over in the hamlet to see if he had a truck part, got a chatting about life for an hour or so.
Nice guy, that has seen a lot of life, and showed me a few of his cars a 1957 2 door, also a 1961 rag top Parisienne.
I decided I had enough bush hunting so I drove over to a local community hall that I stopped at last year for the first time.
I decided to carve up 1953 silver Elizabeth dime a tad, hit her slipping off a good sized rock, that or she was sitting on the rock.
Was digging with the Lesche so the dig wide/deep option is less on the turf.
Next was a 1952 silver quarter which I don't get up here so it was a very welcomed sight.
Dug a quarter, and a couple of sm coppers.
It was dripping rain most of the time but it was ok.
