Ancona Wreck - claimed?

Hi all,

I've been updating my file recently and heard that Odyssey Marine got an admiralty claim on the S.S. Ancona, sunk Nov. 8, 1915 by German Sub U-38. But checking their website, I haven't been able to confirm this. Does anyone know if it's true?

Odyssey filed an arrest on the Ancona in 2007, and they are now working with the Italian govt. toward an agreement. They have until Dec 31st to inform the court of any agreement.
