Awesome! Part 4 did not disappoint. Great finds and pics. I especially like the beautiful silver medieval brooch...she's a jaw dropper. Congrats!

Superb recoveries. I wouldn't call it quits on that track anytime soon. And that brooch is amazing. Don't think I've seen anything like it on here before, not even with Crusader's staggering list of finds.

Cool finds! Are you sure it's not a buckle instead of a broach?

Thanks, although silver I'm not sure it is a Medieval Brooch. Although even if an 17-18th C buckle its a type I haven't seen either.(so a reference is needed)

All very nice finds.:hello2:

However, I think the object is a brooch, which was attached to the hair or the women's clothing. A buckle could not be because it is too fragile, it bends very easily being silver and I will not see a trace of a needle.By the way, in Romania the year in which the Middle Ages ends is considered to be 1821.I am also curious to know from the archaeologists the story of this object, as well as the spearhead engraved from the post no.3.

Quite the nice assortment of finds. Keep them coming.

I think you have enough to start your own museum. Congrats on some more spectacular finds!!!!

Lovely find and great pictures. The silver item to me looks to me more like a decrotive belt fitting:headbang: I would have no problem dating that to early medieval period, the pattern looks to me to be hand tooled.:icon_thumright:
