I found this metal pendant in a lot of old foreign coins. It is about the size of a US quarter and stamped HERCULE. It looks like a person's profile, I assume Hercules, with a club behind it. It's made of brass or maybe gold and looks to be hand stamped. The back is a little easier to see detail since that was the side that likely hit the mold, albeit it is reversed.

Any ideas on age or value?

Unfortunately it is fake. The ancients didn't have the letter you - wherever you'd see a U, it would be a V for them. So Claudius would be rendered as CLAVDIVS. It does on a better note look quite old. I just googles "Hercules coin" on google and it brought up pictures of it. Maybe if I get time I'll do some more looking.
