I found an interesting statuelike object. Prepared from bronze. Below screw-thread visible, a hanger sits up and on his back side rivet. What kind of function may have been?

Only thing comes to mind is possibly a "cork screw"? Neat looking, what ever it is...

the hole on top looks like it was made to hang like a christmas tree ornament. the bottom looks like it went into a wooden pallet that could hold a candle behind the ornament to backlight it. the back looks like it has a wing like an angel which is a popular christmas ornament.

the ring is cool too.
