I bought a box of military stuff with the water filter today. I'm not sure exactly everything in the box. But the one thing that stood out to me is this letter. Looking online the date should be February 28, 1919. This one looks like a typo at February 28, 1910. But at the bottom where it says copy furnished to: it's all written in pen where all the other ones seem to be typed out. At least anything I can find online that is similar. Maybe it's nothing. But interesting nonetheless. First picture is of the typed out version. Second photo is mine that's written out and looks hand signed by someone.

Cool piece of WWI history!

John J. Pershing. Nice piece of history. Would like a copy and if it is the real thing may be interested in it. I and another member on here were assigned to a Pershing Missile unit (not at the same time). John J. Pershing is who the Nuclear Missile was named after.

I don't think Pershing signature is real, just the one underneath it is. Whoever that may be.

There is some other paperwork as well. One is war insurance. The other one is an important notice for all men who serve in the military it looks like the paper that came with it dated 1919.
