Hoping someone can help me figure out what i have here. The tags are in Russian and I have found that these did come from an amber plant there. Are they vintage? How do know how old they are to figure out value? Thank you!

Yes i did the same but don't see when it was made, is it vintage?

Welcome to Tnet.

The logo on the label is that of the "Kaliningrad Amber Combine", the world's largest enterprise for the mining and processing of amber. It was established in 1947, so that's the earliest possible date.
However, judging from the crispness of edges of the label and the perimeter of the hole together with the total lack of discolouration of the paper, I would say it's very much more recent than that.
