The Earth's outer solid layer, the lithosphere, is made of rock. ... Three major groups of rocks are defined: igneous, sedimentary, and metamorphic. The scientific study of rocks is called petrology, which is an essential component of geology.

People see all kinds of things that are not there. My grandchildren still see all manner of things when lying on their backs, looking at the clouds. That will change, for the most part, by the time they are ten.

Time for more coffee.

Rockerde, as you are seeing, posting rocks for identification in the What-Is-It? forum gets you mostly joke replies. You'll have better luck for rock/mineral identification over in TreasureNet's "Rocks/Gems" forum, where the rock-hounds and Mineralogists hang out. Go here:
Rocks/Gems

Rockerde,
CannonBallGuy Is Right... You are asking your questions in the wrong forum.
Try posting you questions on the Rocks/Gems Forum.
Your title is Amazing or am i crazy? same rock WHAT did you expect your answers to be.

Don't be offended.
The answers are meant in fun.
Most here on the What's It forum (me at least) That don't have the rocks and gem knowledge and we try to make a funny answer.
So don't let your feelings get hurt, the ones that DO know what type of rock it is will tell you.
It's also very hard to make an ID from pictures.

Have a great day and keep your imagination active.

Don't take it the wrong way. Like CBG and HD said a lot of the people on this sub-forum know little about rocks, yet recently it seems that every other post to be someone posting a picture of a rock, asking what it is. Most of us here have no idea and sometimes it's hard not be be sarcastic when something is very clearly....just a rock.

As mentioned, the Rocks/Gems sub will be much more useful to you. I hope they can help better identify your finds! The blueish/yellow one looks cool!

first rock is Limestone, it has a partially replaced rugosa coral horn in it. I love limestone for the fossils it has.

You need to actually ASK a quetion. What EXACTLY are you wanting to know about your rocks? If you past a bunch of pictures with nothing but "am I crazy?" then you are going to get a lot people agreeing
