Aluminum Hollow Thing .

It is almost 6 inches long and 2 inches in diameter . It is hollow , very light . It does not seem to have a way to open it .

I didn't need words Cy... I know he lives in Maine and posts a lot of items related to maritime associated venues. It looked like a float with no openings and is made from aluminum - the first thing I googled was "fishing net buoy" and there is was! The fourth picture under "images".
