All I've Found Is Trash With Borrowed MD...

Waiting on payday to get my own MD and borrowed a friend's old BH Pioneer 202 and spent a few hours this weekend in my back yard just playing with it and all I found was about a 5 gallon bucket of this..A thin, flat, light metal that is probably just crushed cans.. It gives the reading of .50 cent to $1 and up in the silver range at a depth of 6" but nothing but trash so far.. Can't hardly wait to get my Ace 350.. Oh well, here's a pic anyways...

I find stuff like that all the time. I made my daughter bury a few quarters in my yard then I went to find them... I found most and it was good practice. You'll like the 350, I hope you have a nice pinpointer.

Thanks ace.. That's a good idea (bury quarters) for practice... I don't have a pinpointer yet but that will be my next purchase aftre the 350..

You'll enjoy the 350. I use mine every chance I get and have had zero problems with it. Getting the DD pinpointing accurate took some time, I suppose every new detector you get takes time to learn though. Good luck and happy hunting.

You will want to purchase that propointer after your first hunt...so set 127.50 aside now

Thanks sheep, I researched, read articles and reviews, talked to people, checked websites and then I read some more and the Ace 350 is the one I decided to purchase as my first MD. I'll have to save up for the pinpointer though and will probably get it next month.. I have a lot of time on my hands but the funds are limited...
