Took the impact out for a couple hours this afternoon. I got to say this machine is the deepest detector I've ever had in my hands. Compared 2 deep signals with a friend of mine with his etrac and my CZ-6. Couldn't make either machine get them. First hole was a bent square nail. And the second hole on was a flying eagle cent. I didn't measure either hole but my makro pinpointer was about 3 inches below ground level on both. I was seriously doubting there was anything there myself. The sight has some good iron patches in it. I struggled in those to pick out anything good. Most likely me as this was my first hunt. I have pounded this sight with an explorer and etrac plus my CZ-6. It's hard work to get anything there. But it was a great test for me and the impact. I am impressed at the moment.

Congrats on that flying eagle cent! Looks like you’re enjoying that Impact...
