After nearly a year....My first Indian

Well it took me almost a year, but I found my first Indian head penny. It was found at the county fairgrounds in the grassy parking area. Found with my DFX at about 3.5 inches. Fairly good shape with a dark green patina covering it. The reverse is a little better condition, but the batteries went dead in the camera before I could get anymore pics. Thanks for looking

Nice Indian head, my first one was last month, then found another a week later. It keeps get'n better.

GREAT find, now that you have your first Indian head, they will come more often.
JUst keep looking in all the right places and old coins will come your way.

Get out in the country side and look for old sites. Ask for permisson to hunt and
you will find old items.
