Got one for the day. This field was rough, with a lot of corn stubble on it.
It was disced up last week, maybe 1/2” of rain on it.
Picked up a adena narrow blade, a couple of tips, and a handful of chips.
I have found 2others similar to this one in this field, over the years. 8C6E87F4-E7BC-473B-B5B2-BC9405093C7E.jpeg921CC9AE-7B28-4420-AA3F-EF66A3C5CE17.jpeg9DA1EAC2-056A-4CAE-B3CC-1E81347D1257.jpegA023EE08-3E61-423A-91A6-FA3EE102C302.jpeg56D04DF5-C912-4987-80C2-C25F6D191DEE.jpeg2BE24570-37F8-462B-9174-307EC8F65D01.jpegB2EEF482-A63B-402F-9243-0F4D53CECEB8.jpeg6620EEF1-193A-49CF-9824-54D4CFAD68AD.jpeg

.... I know you had a nice collection when I started following you not long ago, you know what your doing, you work at it and it shows. Your finding really nice stuff.

Very Nice Congratulations I would say that I think you have better than 20 20 vision ..I never found any yet take care

You ain't kidding about narrow, if the 2nd pic (on left) wasn't included that could pass off for a beast. Excellent find and excellent material.

Edgework to be admired,..Sequential flaking....beautiful creek, are there any caves along that hillside..
never walked up that particular hillside, likely caves though. There are many caves and burial mounds in this part of the state. More fields up on the ridge top.the locals call this valley “ rattlesnake valley” I’ll take the truck rather than walk it...lol

That is a sweet point with great workmanship on the edges. You are finding some really nice Adena's. If you get a chance post them all together we would like to see them. Nice pics of the terrain, it puts everything in context. Great looking spot to search.

That is a very nice looking point with excellent serrations. Great photos also.
