It's just a flat green disc, nothing readable on it any longer...happens quite a bit up here with those coppers under certain conditions. Will never know...

Even with lost metal through corrosion its too light for a William III. I would say a George II. If you give me the exact Diameter, I will narrow it down?

OK, at that wait & size. It can only be two possibilities (UK):

1717-1724 George II Halfpenny.

An immitation George II or III Halfpenny.
