Ace250 at the beach.

I've used my little yellow fellow in both dry and wet sand for about a year now. I just got the larger coil and have had some wonderful results.

But there is something missing...my feet are not getting wet! Can I take my Ace250 into the water without risking damage. I am only talking about the coil. Or should I invest in a surf machine and if so which one for the Delmarva sand.

I used my 250 in wet and dry sand and ventured into shallow water with
it with some success.
As the others have said it is history if you drop it.
I made a short loop of cord to attach it to my belt, long enough to swing
it, but short enough to stop it falling.
I found I needed 3 arms to juggle detector, scoop and finds while trying
to keep it dry.
My peace of mind and my finds have increased 100 fold since getting
the Excalibur.
