What do you guys think of the new 12" coil for the ace 150/250
Anyone have one

I have one but am yet to use it.All info deemed so far says it will reach 2-3 in deeper.Let us know what you find in the comparison.

I've been looking forward to an evaluation of the larger coil also. I'll probably wind up with one sooner or later but hasn't someone had theirs long enough to see if it's worth it? I own larger coils for my other detectors and for the most part find that they tend to throw things off balance and are difficult to use and a lot harder to pinpoint. Therefore I don't use them very often. The one I find easiest to use is the one with my BH Land Ranger! Monty

I ordered the 12" coil for my 250 Tuesday and got it today. Hoping to try it out on some relics this coming Monday if the weather holds up.
