Just another example of no one taking respondsibility for their actions, In any large Govt. department there are those who who don't know what the real nature of their mission is. why would you question the demand of a superior, and perhaps lose tour plush taxpayer funded position, when all you have to do is download information that is requested?
What we need today is a less complicated Govt. that is answerable to the public, and not to the Administration!!!!!!!!
As long as the heads of these departments are named by the powers in office, we will have this problem. Take the department secretarys, and make them elected, and not appointed, and maybe we can regain some control.
