oh...I have not searched...I did find a heliograph at a yard sale back in the '80's...bought an sold it for big dollars.
I am sure evidence of the stations remain in some remote locations...

Speaking of Picket Post, my wife and I went out there for a hike, and looking for quartz veins,or any signs of gold. Have quite a few black sands, and a horse shoe.
