& HEY! MAN ! We have chatted about Buff's in the past ( I've only dug 3 in 20 years (most was woods hunting ) YOU HAVE DUG over 70 in just a few years , that's mind boggling . to me .

Davers lol I simply cannot believe you haven’t founds buffs like that. Why? Did they not have nickels there at that time? We had very little large cants it appears but we’re talking 1930’s. It blows my mind.

It just blew my mind thinking of that , thinking back I have dug 4 . 1 -10+ years ago, then 3 since 2014. oh and I have dug only 1 'V' nickle. & approx 7-8 'war' nicks .
Never a LC , only 1 modified LC = It was made into a nice but plain large button with 3 or 4 round thread holes .

I think I'd rather have the one I found than a completely toasted un-readable LC.. + Being a 'Sasquatch' I'm in the Woods 80% of the time.
