Went to an field that use to have a homested from the early 1800s
We had quite a day.
15 old coins and over 30 buttons in all between 3 of us.
the newest coin was an 1884 lg Can cent
the ones with little or no detail are from the 1700s

the field was a mud fest but we did not care.

Hi again, Don... Not to be a know it all, but I thought you might like a tip for inserting your images...
While editing your post, you can click on the little camera icon which will place img brackets into where your cursor is located...
After the brackets show in the post, you can insert the URL of the image, then they will show up on the page when it opens...
All I'm seeing on this post are the links to the images, which is ok, I just think it's better that they show up when the page opens...
Again, those are some great finds...
