a quick question all help would be nice

most heating coils are nichrome, or a tungsten alloy. Might want to call a junkyard and see what they are paying, I am not sure what theyd pay for it,but given it's typically an alloy of around 80 percent nickel and 20 percent chromium, it might be worth some money given the prices of nickel lately. If you do get a price, can you please post it for us. thanks

i took the coil into my yard this week n asked them about it they said it was only nickle plated n not enought to worried about n that they only pay the same as they do as steel ($0.05). so im going to check with another yard this week n see what they say.
