Gonna be a short post...this is a fossil chert double beveled Florida Bolen, it was found in Clearwater, Pinellas co. Florida and has a nice crystal inclusion, pic.1.

That's a nice one! The expanded notches or E notches are one of my favorite Bolens. I have one from Palm Harbor that is similar.
