Got out for a few hours today, with B|lker, but got stopped when the drizzle started.

But before we left I got a '41 Merc, a few clads, some memorials and an unusual looking
coin. I'm guessing (and it's only a guess, mind you) that the "unusual" coin is from an adult
book store or a "gentlemen's club" or something like that.

If I was to hand that to a cashier, I'd venture a guess that the only thing I could buy would be a
slap in the face.

Very nice merc there.

Vestal, NY?? I grew up in Endicott. The first silver coin I ever found was right there in Vestal. It was a Walking Liberty. That got me hooked.

Looks like you found a real nice pocket coin ::) ::) ;D congrats.

Yeah... I was thinking about using it for a ball marker when I play golf.

Finally found the token I have.....I can't remember where I dug this one, but I think it was in Decatur Georgia.

Oh... that's cool too. I think somebody else just found one just like yours recently. Don't remember if I saw it on this forum or another one.

It may not be worth much but it will always be near and dear to my heart. ;D

RWSNC...If memory serves, your adult coin was of the design sold by Johnson Smith Co., out of Detroit I believe. They sold all sorts of "lucky" stuff, "loaded" dice, coin tricks, basic "magic" etc. Somewhere, I've got a couple of them I took out of pocket change years ago.

Good for matchin' with your buddies! ;D

I didn't know that... Thanks for the info.
