A Little Sports Field, A Little Snow Hill And A Little Woods Hunt Today

Got up early today, and figured a hunt was in order. There was a cold westerly wind, dipping the temperatures down to -13C/8.5F. Not a problem.....some long underwear, a winter jacket and ear band for me. The Machines got a hot pack under a sock, covered with a camo jacket. The coins were all in the top 1" that I dug, otherwise, I just left them behind for warmer days.

A good nights sleep is in order tonite! Brrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

Nice hunt John. You're lucky you have those $2 coins up there.

I tried my prototype "detector cozy" this last weekend. It worked fine except my hot pack didn't seem to last the full two hours I hunted. I bought some new hot packs to try the next time. Thanks for the idea!
